description The main focus of this study is to address the application of Lean Office in a financial solutions office, which with its tools make companies more competitive in an increa-singly demanding market in terms of consumption. The general objective of the work is to understand the main impacts of Lean Office in a financial solutions office, opera-ting in the interior of the states of Rio Grande do Norte and Paraíba. To do this, the following specific objectives were defined, where he could describe the Lean Office tools that help solve the points of improvement, carry out diagnoses of the current situation of the company and apply Lean Office tools with the intention of correcting the points of improvement found in the diagnosis. The study of Lean Office is justified because it is a recognized method for making offices around the world more efficient and productive. The present study consists of an applied research, with a descriptive objective, of an action research approach, with results treated in a qualitative way, from data collection through interviews, conversations with those responsible for the area and participatory observation. From the data collected and analyzed during the rese-arch process, we were able to determine that the benefits to the organization from using lean office tools included eliminating physical inventory, moving to digital opera-tions, improving internal operations, and increasing security and agility. Because it is a job that requires rigor, some difficulties were encountered during the research, the company deals with sensitive data of its customers, therefore it is not allowed to dee-pen in some areas, data and processes, due to the fact that some information are competitive differentials in the marketplace.

O presente estudo tem como principal foco abordar a aplicação do Lean Office em um escritório de soluções financeiras, que com suas ferramentas, fazem com que empre-sas possam se tornar mais competitivas em um mercado cada vez mais exigente em seu consumo. O objetivo geral do trabalho é entender os principais impactos do Lean Office em um escritório de soluções financeiras, com atuação no interior dos estados do Rio Grande do Norte e Paraíba. Para tanto, definiram-se os seguintes objetivos específicos, onde foi possível descrever as ferramentas do Lean Office que ajudam a solucionar os pontos de melhorias, realizar diagnósticos da situação atual da empresa e aplicar ferramentas do Lean Office com a intenção de corrigir pontos de melhorias encontrados no diagnóstico. Abordar o Lean Office justifica-se por ser um método re-conhecido em tornar escritórios no mundo todo mais eficientes e com maior produtivi-dade. O presente estudo consiste em pesquisa de caráter aplicada, com objetivo des-critivo, de abordagem pesquisa ação, com resultados tratados de maneira qualitativa, a partir da coleta de dados por meio de entrevistas, conversas com os responsáveis da área e observação participativa. Com o levantamento de informações ao longo da pesquisa e da análise das informações, foi possível concluir que a aplicação das fer-ramentas do Lean Office, trouxe benefícios para a empresa, como o fim do desperdí-cio de estoques físicos, migrando para processos digitais, além da melhoria em fluxos internos, tendo uma maior segurança e agilidade no andamento destes processos, também tendo um ganho na gestão dos dados gerados pelos processos abordados.
