Resumo: | Syphilis remains a global epidemic, this sexually transmitted infection (STI) remains a public health problem, with the aim of combating this disease the Sífilis Não Project was created, which carries out actions in several axes such as: management and governance, surveillance, comprehensive care and strengthening of education and communication. Within the axis of education and communication, studies and actions are developed at the national and international level, and more specifically to combat gestational and congenital syphilis, the campaign “Syphilis, let's take care of it now!” was carried out in 2021. This research aimed to understand the places of dialogue that are offered to pregnant women, sexual partners and health professionals, as assigned target audiences, in the messages of this campaign. For this, the identification and analysis of the pieces were carried out in three phases, where we found posts with a dialogical and more horizontal communication, but which always made use of the imperative at the end of their speech. Showing that there is a thought for change in health advertising and communication, but we still have a long way to go. |
