The target audience is 54 trainees, who will be invited to participate in a music therapy workshop, to be held once a week in the institution itself, lasting 40 minutes. This project will follow the following steps: I- Wheel of conversation and awareness with the management and the trainees; II- Planning of the workshops with emphasis on the application of a questionnaire in order to verify the skills and musical taste of the participants; III- Realization of the workshops; IV- Evaluation of the impacts of the musicalization workshops on the quality of life at work of the participants. It is believed that the multiple attributions of the trainees and the structural weaknesses are weaknesses regarding the execution of this proposal, however the affective and therapeutic character of music therapy are potentialities of this project. Trata-se de uma proposta de projeto de intervenção que objetiva implementar práticas de musicoterapia para melhoria na qualidade de vida no trabalho dos estagiários na Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Natal. O público-alvo são 54 estagiários, os quais serão convidados a participar de oficina de musicoterapia, a ser realizada uma vez por semana na própria instituição, com duração de 40 minutos. Este projeto seguirá as seguintes etapas: I- Roda de conversa e sensibilização com a gestão e os estagiários; II- Planejamento das oficinas com ênfase na aplicação de um questionário a fim de verificar as habilidades e gosto musical dos participantes; III- Realização das oficinas; IV- Avaliação dos impactos das oficinas de musicalização na qualidade de vida no trabalho dos participantes.
