Resumo:The objective of the project is to propose new strategies aimed at improving the matrix process developed by the CEREST team together with the Management of Health Units in Natal-RN, promoting the identification and description of the mechanisms used for its development, as well as presenting the difficulties and challenges faced by the CEREST team and the Management at the head of the Health Units to carry out this activity. Furthermore, expose new strategies for improving the process with the Health Care Network. This project will be developed at the Reference Center for Worker's Health, seeking planning to carry out the matrix support in the Basic Health Units and Emergency Care Units in this municipality, covering the workers of these health networks. Furthermore, there will be a meeting at Cerest to define the professionals who will be responsible for the pedagogical-therapeutic intervention and the strategies to be implemented. Soon after, a group will be created, with a workload dedicated to carrying out the activities, in the same way that during its realization there will be meetings with the objective of bringing awareness with theoretical and practical content in the form of case studies for fixing the content.
