| Resumo: | This work aims to produce an experimental product in videocast format that addresses the issues of the Natal cultural scene for transgender and transvestite people. Our research has the proposal to go beyond the academic discussion by relating an overview of the artistic reality for LGBTI+ people who live and frequent the capital's cultural sites with the study of the concepts of gender, sexuality and how the media and local culture neglect spaces and opportunities for these people. By approaching these themes, we propose to expand the critical and theoretical discussion about the experiences and appreciation of these groups to put into practice a program that breaks with the boundaries of structural oppression and gives time and voice to those who need it. |
