The nursing team acts directly in the care of pregnant women, is an alternative to guarantee the right of women in humanized and safe labor is the development os Systematization of Nurse Care and de Nursing Process wich provides the opportunity for a technical- scientific resource based on clinical evidence, consequently improving the quality and continuity of care offered to users in the servisse. The motivation for this study came from the experience of the researcher who Works at the institution in enabling the construction of a tool created in line with the research participants. Objective: To develop a nursing care protocol focused on the thematic of humanizade labor related to nursing care for parturiente women in the obstetric center. Methodology: This is a descriptive exploratory study, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, using the Convergente Care Reasearch by Trentini, Paim e Silva (2014). As a design. This will be acrried out initially with the observation of the participant and then the data collection will be carried out from a semi-structured individual interview, after consert and signature of the free ad informed consente term of the research. It will be held between september and november 2022, to nursing professionals who work in the Obstetric Center of a pulblic maternity hospital. The impirical material will be worked from the collective subject discourse technique and assist in the treatment of data the DSCsoft, in addition, the numerical data of the research will be avaluated using simple statistical analysis through na Excel spreadsheet. The study will be submitted to the UFRN ethics committee for consideration and will respect all ethival and legal principles as provided for in Resolution 466/12, which provides for studies with human rigths. It is expected that as a result it will be possible to structure a nursing care protocol for humanizad labor, to optimize the servisse porvided with na emphasis on the partuient and her wellbeing.

Dar à luz é um marco único na vida da mulher e historicamente sofreu transformações com o avanço da ciência, abrindo espaço para novos olhares e desmistificando os tabus que foram construídos ao longo do tempo. No tocante ao parto natural, a mulher vem reconquistando o seu protagonismo no ato de parir. Nesse contexto, vale destacar o crescente número de violência obstétrica cometida por profissionais da saúde durante a assistência à gestante e um dos fatores de recorrência desse fenômeno está associado à falta de protocolo assistencial. Sendo a equipe de enfermagem aquela que atua diretamente no cuidado à gestante, seja no parto e/ou no pós-parto, uma alternativa para garantir o direito da mulher em trabalho de parto humanizado e seguro por esses profissionais é o desenvolvimento de Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem, ao qual trabalha com recursos técnico-científicos baseados em evidências clínicas na busca por melhorar a qualidade e a continuidade do cuidado ofertado às parturientes no serviço com vista a promover a segurança do paciente. Nesse sentindo, buscou-se elaborar um Protocolo Assistencial de enfermagem voltado ao trabalho de parto humanizado no centro obstétrico. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório descritivo, com abordagem qualitativa, tendo como desenho a Pesquisa Convergente Assistencial. O percurso metodológico foi composto da observação participante, seguindo da coleta de material empírico realizada a partir de entrevista individual semiestruturada com sete enfermeiros do Centro Obstétrico Hospital Maternidade Divino Amor, referente aos seus conhecimentos sobre o assunto em questão, suas necessidades, potencialidades e dificuldades, entre os meses de setembro a novembro de 2022. A análise do material empírico foi desenvolvida a partir do discurso do sujeito coletivo e subsidiou a construção do Protocolo Assistencial em conjunto com todos os enfermeiros do referido setor. Dos 07 enfermeiros que participaram deste estudo 05 eram enfermeiras assistenciais e 02 enfermeiras obstetras. A análise dos dados foi baseada em 12 questionamentos que resultaram em 07 discursos do sujeito. A partir dos achados do estudo, atendendo às exigências do Mestrado Profissional, obteve-se como produto final, protocolo de assistência ao trabalho de parto, com as ações a serem realizadas antes, durante e no pós-parto. Resultou em um instrumento consistente, seguro e que garante melhoria das práticas assistenciais dos profissionais enfermeiros, bem como a segurança da paciente, pois traduz a humanização do cuidado voltado diretamente para a mulher que pari. Concluiu-se que o presente protocolo subsidia a atuação profissional de enfermeiros em um saber científico próprio.
