Resumo:Giving birht is a unique milestone in a woman’s life and has historically undergone transformations with advancement of science and currently society has been demystifying the taboos that have been building year after year and women have been gaining again the spotlight in the act of giving birth. In this way, it is Worth highliting the increasing numbers of obstetric violence committed by professionals during the care of pregnant women ando ne of the factors is associated with the lack of care protocol. The nursing team acts directly in the care of pregnant women, is an alternative to guarantee the right of women in humanized and safe labor is the development os Systematization of Nurse Care and de Nursing Process wich provides the opportunity for a technical- scientific resource based on clinical evidence, consequently improving the quality and continuity of care offered to users in the servisse. The motivation for this study came from the experience of the researcher who Works at the institution in enabling the construction of a tool created in line with the research participants. Objective: To develop a nursing care protocol focused on the thematic of humanizade labor related to nursing care for parturiente women in the obstetric center. Methodology: This is a descriptive exploratory study, with a qualitative and quantitative approach, using the Convergente Care Reasearch by Trentini, Paim e Silva (2014). As a design. This will be acrried out initially with the observation of the participant and then the data collection will be carried out from a semi-structured individual interview, after consert and signature of the free ad informed consente term of the research. It will be held between september and november 2022, to nursing professionals who work in the Obstetric Center of a pulblic maternity hospital. The impirical material will be worked from the collective subject discourse technique and assist in the treatment of data the DSCsoft, in addition, the numerical data of the research will be avaluated using simple statistical analysis through na Excel spreadsheet. The study will be submitted to the UFRN ethics committee for consideration and will respect all ethival and legal principles as provided for in Resolution 466/12, which provides for studies with human rigths. It is expected that as a result it will be possible to structure a nursing care protocol for humanizad labor, to optimize the servisse porvided with na emphasis on the partuient and her wellbeing.
