The complexity of the obstacles in the context of health care and the need to make systems
more responsive to the demands of citizens trigger debates about the most appropriate ways to
organize health care. Therefore, from the pandemic scenario due to COVID-19, greater
demands and practices in health have been evidenced, increasing work overload and the
complexity of health activities, also creating a context of instability and vulnerability.
Therefore, it is necessary to understand these changes and, thus, to outline ways to effect
collaborative and integrated work, from the establishment of an interdisciplinary dialogue,
respecting the users' autonomy. This study has as a general objective to analyze the impacts of
the pandemic of COVID-19 in the interprofessional work of Primary Health Care teams. And
in this way, it is developed through two studies. The first article is an Integrative Literature
Review (ILR), with the purpose of synthesizing results of studies already carried out. It was
searched in PubMed, with the descriptors: "primary health care"; "interprofessionality";
"COVID-19", with the Boolean operator "AND". A total of 79 articles were obtained. After a
critical reading of the documents, using the exclusion criteria, 7 articles were obtained. This
article sought to contribute to the good development of the systematization of the
interprofessional work process in health teams, improving the quality of care provided to the
population and favoring the good functioning of health units. The second article is an
exploratory, descriptive study with a qualitative approach, whose field of investigation will be
the Basic Family Health Units in the municipality of Campina Grande, Paraíba. The study
sample was composed of the health teams linked to the ESF. Data collection occurred between
the months of January and April 2022. The content analysis was based on Bardin, with the help
of the Atlas ti software. This research was submitted to the Ethics and Research Committee of
the Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde do Trairi (FACISA/UFRN) and approved under CAAE
number 54029521.0.0000.5568. From the content analysis, through data management by means
of Atlas ti., the coding process of the interviews was carried out, which generated 4 categories
of codes, being the following: interprofessional competencies, consequences of the pandemic
of COVID-19, management and management, organization of the work process. The categories
reveal that the main activities affected by the pandemic are health promotion, prevention and
surveillance activities. From this perspective, The results indicate that the pandemic caused
impacts on the interprofessional work in PHC, including the development of health promotion
actions, fragmentation of prevention activities, changes in collaborative practices, lack of
training provided by management, structural problems, distance between the service,
professionals and the community and direct impacts on teamwork and quality of care. These
results are relevant, and may contribute to future decisions about the theme; this study reveals
actions that were impaired during the pandemic, and that need more attention. |

A complexidade dos entraves no contexto da assistência em saúde e a necessidade de tornar trabalhosos sistemas mais responsivos às demandas dos cidadãos desencadeiam debates sobre as formas mais adequadas de organização do cuidado em saúde. Para tanto, a partir do cenário pandêmico em decorrência da COVID-19, foram evidenciadas maiores demandas e práticas em saúde, aumentando a sobrecarga de trabalho e a complexidade das atividades em saúde, criando também um contexto de instabilidade e vulnerabilidade. Por isso, faz-se necessário compreender estas mudanças e assim, traçar meios de efetivar o trabalho colaborativo e integrado, a partir do estabelecimento de um diálogo interdisciplinar, respeitando a autonomia dos usuários. Este estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar os impactos da pandemia da COVID-19 no trabalho interprofissional das equipes da Atenção Primária à Saúde. E dessa maneira, é desenvolvido através de dois estudos. O primeiro artigo é uma Revisão Integrativa da Literatura (RIL), com a finalidade de sintetizar resultados de estudos já realizados. Pesquisa realizada no PubMed, com os descritores; “primary health care”; “interprofessionality”; “COVID-19”, com o operador booleano “AND”. Obteve-se o total de 79 artigos. Após leitura crítica dos documentos, utilizando os critérios de exclusão, obtiveram-se 07 artigos. Este artigo buscou contribuir para o bom desenvolvimento da sistematização do processo de trabalho interprofissional nas equipes de saúde, melhorando a qualidade da assistência prestada à população e favorecendo o bom funcionamento das unidades de saúde. O segundo artigo tratase de um estudo exploratório, descritivo de abordagem qualitativa, que teve como campo de investigações as Unidades Básicas de Saúde da Família do município de Campina Grande, Paraíba. A amostra do estudo foi composta pelas equipes de saúde vinculadas à ESF. A coleta de dados ocorreu entre os meses de janeiro a abril de 2022. A análise de conteúdo foi baseada em Bardin, com auxílio do software Atlas ti. Esta pesquisa foi submetida ao Comitê de Ética e Pesquisa da Faculdade de Ciências da Saúde do Trairi (FACISA/UFRN) e aprovada sob o CAAE de número 54029521.0.0000.5568. A partir da análise de conteúdo, através do gerenciamento de dados por meio do Atlas ti., foi realizado o processo de codificação das entrevistas, que gerou 4 categorias: competências interprofissionais, consequências da pandemia da COVID-19, gestão e gerenciamento, organização do processo de trabalho. As categorias revelam que as principais atividades afetadas pela pandemia são as atividades de promoção, prevenção e vigilância em saúde. Nessa perspectiva, os resultados apontam que a pandemia causou impactos no trabalho interprofissional na APS, entre eles pode-se citar o desenvolvimento de ações de promoção à saúde, fragmentação das atividades de prevenção, mudanças nas práticas colaborativas, ausência de capacitações fornecidas pela gestão, problemas de ordem estrutural, distanciamento entre o serviço, os profissionais e a comunidade e impactos diretos no trabalho em equipe e na qualidade da assistência.
