The COVID-19 pandemic brought disastrous consequences for the most diverse areas of society. Education, in particular, has increased the problem of access and started to face difficulties in developing strategies that mitigate damage to the training of students. Professional training in health maintained its importance during a health crisis and new challenges imposed. In addition to the difficulty in dealing with the knowledge inherent in practice during the pandemic period, the Brazilian National Health Council's guidance on the actions of residents suspended the face-to-face theoretical axis, converted to the remote modality. Therefore, it has become essential to implement strategies that ensure that the precepts based on course planning are passed on without prejudice to any order. Entrustable Professional Activities, units of professional practice assigned to students and demonstrated by the skills needed to perform them without supervision, a bridge between the framework of Competency-Based Medical Education and daily clinical practice, emerge as a tool to give professionals the mastery about tasks and the qualities necessary for competent practice. Thus, the objective of this work was to analyze the contribution of this strategy in guiding training in Multiprofessional Residency Program in Health in Primary Care and in the elaboration of a non-conclusive proposal on the adoption of Entrustable Professional Activities in the Political-Pedagogical Project. To base the construction of the seminal proposal, the theoretical model developed by Ten Cate (2020), institutional documents and the experience of residents in the context of the program were considered. As a product, eight Entrustable Professional Activities were elaborated: Health education in the health center room; Team meeting coordination; Prenatal consultation; Childcare consultation; Electronic medical record registration; Testing for COVID-19; Experience of territorialization; Matrix support. The production is suggested to improve the curriculum of the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Health in Primary Care, with a view to adapting it to the health needs observed at the local level, with emphasis on lively experiences in the municipality of Currais Novos, Brazil. The latent transversality to the multidisciplinary logic was privileged in this construction in an attempt to make possible fundamental conditions for the development of confidence in professional performance and in the understanding of the health dynamics of the territory. Finally, the importance of listening to the actors who are part of the training process in the service is highlighted in order to discuss to understand the desires of each one and guarantee that the construction of the curriculum is the result of a broad process of discussion and political negotiation achieved in dialogue between peers and with society, fundamentally democratic and collaborative. Employing Entrustable Professional Activities as standardized work units for health education represents a challenge that may reflect a series of opportunities for advancements in the field of health and education. |

A pandemia de COVID-19 trouxe consequências desastrosas para as mais diversas áreas na sociedade. A educação, em especial, teve potencializada a problemática do acesso e passou a enfrentar dificuldades para o desenvolvimento de estratégias que amenizem prejuízos para a formação dos estudantes. A formação profissional em saúde teve sua importância reforçada durante a crise sanitária e novos desafios impostos. Além da dificuldade em lidar com os saberes inerentes à prática durante o período pandêmico, a orientação do Conselho Nacional de Saúde à atuação dos residentes suspendeu o eixo teórico presencial, convertido à modalidade remota. Por conseguinte, tornou-se essencial a implementação de estratégias que garantam que os preceitos fundamentados no planejamento dos cursos sejam repassados sem prejuízo de qualquer ordem. As Atividades Profissionais Confiáveis, unidades de prática profissional designadas aos estudantes e demonstradas pelas competências necessárias para executá-las sem supervisão, uma ponte entre o marco da Educação Médica Baseada em Competências e a prática clínica diária, surgem como ferramenta para conferir aos profissionais o domínio sobre tarefas e as qualidades necessárias para a prática competente. Desta forma, o trabalho objetivou a análise da possível contribuição desta estratégia na orientação da formação em Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde em Atenção Básica e na elaboração de uma proposta de caráter não conclusivo sobre a adoção das Atividades Profissionais Confiáveis no Projeto Político Pedagógico. Para embasar a construção da proposta seminal foram considerados o modelo teórico desenvolvido por Ten Cate (2020), documentos institucionais e a experiência dos residentes no contexto do programa. Como produto, foram elaboradas oito Atividades Profissionais Confiáveis: Educação em saúde na sala de espera; Coordenação de reunião de equipe; Consulta de pré-natal; Consulta de puericultura; Registro em prontuário eletrônico; Testagem para COVID-19; Experiência de territorialização; Apoio matricial. A produção é sugestão ao aprimoramento do currículo do Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde em Atenção Básica com vistas à adaptação deste às necessidades de saúde observadas a nível local, com ênfase nas vivências desenvolvidas no município de Currais Novos, Brasil. A transversalidade latente à lógica multiprofissional foi privilegiada nesta construção na tentativa de viabilizar condições fundamentais para o desenvolvimento da confiança na atuação profissional e no entendimento das dinâmicas de saúde do território. Destaca-se, por fim, a importância em se ouvir os atores que integram o processo de formação no serviço de forma a estimular discussões para entender os anseios de cada um e garantir que a construção do currículo seja resultado de processo amplo de discussão e negociação política efetuado no diálogo entre pares e com a sociedade, fundamentalmente democrático e colaborativo.
