| Resumo: | This Undergraduate Thesis is a product resulting from the academic appropriations of the graduate student in the Law Course, at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, which were being potentialized in the face of their current professional practice as a social worker in equipment of the Public Policy of Health. Thus, the social services provided to users of a program for victims of sexual violence are highlighted – the Acolher Program, which operates at the Hospital Maternidade do Divino Amor (HMDA), located in Parnamirim/RN. Having this been the object of a social research, under the method of dialectical materialism, from which elements were obtained to discuss life in society from the categories of law, family and violence; in addition to providing subsidies to demonstrate that sexual violence is a form of violation of rights through those who would also have the duty of care and occurs predominantly within the victim's family. |
