The video is narrated by two protagonists who live in the city of Currais Novos in Rio Grande do Norte, these black and elderly women witnessed a pandemic and a worldwide health crisis which triggered a very present discussion in the life of this group, deepening prejudice that elderly people already suffer, elevating them to an even greater level of social isolation and fear, even in this scenario the women were willing to talk in front of a cell phone camera. By definition, the production of the video to capture the speeches and to perceive if there is a presence of the health service is the general purpose of this production from the analysis of the care in old age carried out by the primary care of the place, the chosen form was carried out through a qualitative reflection of what the pandemic reality is like for these women in the course of their stories and, therefore, externalize what was captured by body and communicative language based on the video, realizing what results were achieved and how this confection reverberated for the professional in training. O relato de experiência que segue refere-se à complexidade de produzir um vídeo, com todos os detalhes que uma exibição exige, dentro de um contexto sanitário multifacetado de 2021 a 2022. Esse trabalho diz respeito a um objeto de formação para a especialização em Atenção Básica da Residência Multiprofissional. O vídeo é narrado por duas protagonistas habitantes da cidade de Currais Novos, no Rio Grande do Norte. Essas mulheres, pretas e idosas, presenciaram uma pandemia e uma crise sanitária de escala mundial, a qual desencadeou uma discussão bem presente na vida desse grupo, aprofundando o preconceito que as pessoas idosas já sofrem, elevando-as para um patamar ainda maior de isolamento social e medo. Mesmo nesse cenário, as mulheres se dispuseram a prosa. Por definição, a produção do vídeo para captar as falas e perceber se existe a presença do serviço de saúde é o propósito geral dessa produção, a partir da análise do cuidado na velhice realizado pela Atenção Primária do local.
