salaries among the 48 countries evaluated. In order to seek solutions to alleviate this scenario.
The present work proposes to develop a system based on machine learning to carry out a
continuous analysis of the student’s profile, suggestion of activities, and monitoring of academic
performance. In addition, performing a student performance analysis in order to find metrics and
markers to create an adaptive and standardized model in the future. For this, the project was
first evaluated for the subject of programming logic at the School of Science and Technology of
the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, as this is an environment controlled through a
web platform that will extract the data of each student and the class. in general. Furthermore,
the standard of submission of student activities was also analyzed. These data will be classified
through a system based on supervised learning. And finally, the planning and market analyses
for the sale and traction of this product were carried out. |

Sabe-se que o sistema educacional do Brasil, de acordo com a organização para Cooperação e Desenvolvimento Econômico (OCDE), apresenta uma estagnação que perdura por 10 anos e quando avaliado na edição de 2018 do Programa Internacional de Avaliação de Estudantes (Pisa) o país atingiu nas áreas de matemática, ciências e literatura respectivamente 70°, 66° e 57° . Esse cenário que é mantido devido o modelo educacional adotado pelo país que não segue os avanços na área e a desvalorização dos profissionais atua na educação, segundo a OCDE (2018) os professores brasileiros são os que recebem os piores salários entre os 48 países avaliados. Com intuito de buscar soluções para amenizar esse cenário. O presente trabalho se propõe a desenvolver um sistema baseado em aprendizado de máquina para realizar uma análise contínua do perfil do aluno, sugestão de atividades, e acompanhamento do desempenho acadêmico. Além disso, realizando uma análise de desempenho dos estudantes, no intuito de encontrar métricas e marcadores para futuramente criar um modelo adaptativo e padronizado. Para isso, o projeto avaliou primeiramente para matéria de lógica de programação da Escola de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, pois esse é um ambiente controlado por intermédio de uma plataforma web que irá extrair os dados de cada aluno e da turma em geral.
