Resumo:In the context of the international migratory in relation to Brazil, in the period from 2010 to 2018, Haitian immigration gained prominence for being linked to the job market and decent employment and to the dignity of the human being. However, the search for better living conditions was not only motivated by political, economic, social or natural factors, but also by a positive response from the Brazilian economic scenario, especially after the world crisis of 2008 where, against the difficulties faced by several countries on the planet, the Brazilian government has adopted public policies aimed at protecting the labor market, economic growth and social inclusion not only of nationals but also of migrants, of which Haitians have become considerable. In this fork, not only a legal apparatus instituted by International Organizations aimed at migrants, but also the migration law, sanctioned in 2017, constituted themselves as invaluable normative bases for the reception, inclusion and preservation of Haitians to the formal market in Brazil. The latter being the migration law, a new legislative framework to replace the superseded Statute of Foreigners of the military period. In this sense, even if there are economic, political or formal setbacks regarding the labor issue, the process of adapting the Haitian to the labor market in Brazil, although difficult, has been showing modest results. In order to support the work, the procedure used consists of bibliographic and normative research, with the purpose of dimensioning the spectrum, not only historical, but above all legal and experimental with regard to the insertion of Haitians in the formal Brazilian market. So, for this job, reports by Haitians in Brazil regarding their work experience, from a database in Campo Grande (MS), as well as the display of tables, graphs and attachments that clearly explain in a documentary way how the Brazilian market has been looking for answers not only the expectation of this migrant, were of fundamental importance Haitian, as well as the international commitments to which Brazil has become a signatory. Keywords: Haitian immigration. Decent work. Dignity of human being.
