Nevertheless, it’s application on Law is recent and hasn’t been gained confidence from the professionals that deal with this area in their daily lives. But that scenario, although recent, may be changing within the Brazilian Judiciary, as we will see in this monograph work, the use of AI begins to be institutionalized in some courts. Some of them in an isolated way, but others centralized with the support of the Conselho Nacional de Justiça. The goal of this work is to raise the possibilities of use of AI in judiciary by examples as well as an overview of the already existing initiatives in brazilian courts. To achieve that we will collect articles about the use of AI on the courts’ news portals and also get in contact with these project responsibles to design an alternatives and implementations general overview of brazilian judiciary use of AI. A Inteligência Artificial não é assunto novo no mundo da tecnologia. Desde que começou a se falar no conceito, no século passado, a IA, como também é conhecida, tem sido aplicada em diversas áreas, como a medicina, a física, a indústria, entre outras. Porém, sua aplicação no Direito é recente e ainda não obteve confiança de todos os profissionais que lidam com essa área no seu cotidiano. Mas este cenário, apesar de recente, pode estar mudando no âmbito do Poder Judiciário Brasileiro, pois como será visto neste trabalho de monografia, a utilização de IA começa a ser institucionalizada em alguns tribunais, de forma isolada, e também de forma centralizada, com o apoio e envolvimento do Conselho Nacional de Justiça. O objetivo deste trabalho será levantar as possibilidades de utilização da IA no Poder Judiciário de forma exemplificativa, bem como fazer um apanhado das iniciativas já existentes nos tribunais brasileiros.
