Methods: Twenty-five athletes (with an average of 23 years, 73 kg and 1.71 m) participated in this study of these, 25 athletes performed the mSEBT, 14 performed the mUQYBT and 14 performed both tests. Reliability was assessed through two videoconference assessments, with an interval of 7 to 14 days. Intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC3,3), SEM and MMD95 were calculated for each TDF. Results: ICC ranged from 0.83 to 0.96 for mSEBT and from 0.47 to 0.95 for mUQYBT. The highest SEM value was 7% for the mSEBT, for the mUQYBT it ranged from 3 to 15% and the MDC95 average was approximately 8.28 cm for the mSEBT and 10.89 cm for the mUQYBT. Conclusion: The results related to the application of mSEBT and mUQYBT by videoconference in amateur athletes showed high and low reliability, respectively. Objetivo: Avaliar a confiabilidade intra-examinador, Erro Padrão da Medida (EPM) e a Mínima Mudança Detectável (MMD95) do Modified Star Excursion Balance Test (mSEBT) e do Modified Upper Quarter Y-Balance Test (mUQYBT). Métodos: Vinte e cinco atletas (com média de 23 anos, 73 Kg e 1,71m) participaram deste estudo. destes, 25 atletas realizaram o mSEBT, 14 realizaram o mUQYBT e 14 realizaram ambos os testes. A confiabilidade foi avaliada por meio de duas avaliações por videoconferência, com intervalo de 7 a 14 dias. Os coeficientes de correlação intraclasse (ICC3,3), EPM e MMD95 foram calculados para cada TDF. Resultados: ICC3,3 variou de 0.83 a 0.96 para o mSEBT e de 0.47 a 0.95 para o mUQYBT. O maior valor de EPM foi de 7% para o mSEBT, para o mUQYBT variou de 3 a 15% e a média do MMD95 de aproximadamente 8.28 cm para o mSEBT e 10.89 cm para o mUQYBT.
