Resumo:This research addresses the issue of working conditions and its implications for workers' health, having as a starting point the understanding that work can be considered a source of satisfaction, self-fulfillment, maintenance of interpersonal relationships and survival, but it can also be a source of of suffering, pain and frustration. Against the backdrop of the Ministry of Health's Emergency Operations Center (COE) for Covid-19, the research aims to analyze working conditions and their impacts on the health of the team at the Covid-19 Emergency Operations Center. As specific objectives, it aims to know the sociodemographic and professional profile of the Covid-19 Emergency Operations Center team, identify the stressors originated in the work environment of this work team and identify elements that give pleasure in carrying out the work. This is a descriptive and exploratory research, with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire applied, in the face-to-face format, with the members of the COE, and this instrument was completed in person. The research results are serving as subsidies for analysis and reflection that health managers in the planning of actions to promote the health of workers, with a view to mobilizing resources and proposals for improvements.
