Resumo: | Multiprofessional Health Residencies (RMPS's) are programs of teaching-servicecommunity integration, with intersectoral and interprofessional articulation with the aim
of inserting qualified health professionals into the job market for priority areas of the
SUS, aiming to meet the needs of users of healthcare services. health. The objective
was to investigate the understanding of the graduates of the RMP in AB of the EMCM
about the insertion of the hospital service as a learning scenario, considering the
multiprofessional/interprofessional and intersectoral work, for the integrality of the care
and integration of the health care network and, the based on this, to build, as a product,
a technical report for socialization and discussion with the coordination of the RMP in
AB and the Executive Board of the HETFF. Cross-sectional, evaluative study, with a
quantitative approach, carried out with 46 graduates of the aforementioned residency,
from the years 2020, 2021 and 2022, through a self-applicable questionnaire. Data
analysis was performed using simple descriptive statistics. Most were female. It is
observed that the predominant age group was between 25 and 29 years old. Most
were from nursing and dentistry. As for the states of completion, the insertion of the
course for graduates from institutions in Paraíba and Rio Grande do Norte is noticed.
In part B, three domains were created to better present and discuss them: the
multidisciplinary residency in primary care and the health care network;
multidisciplinary/interprofessional, intersectoral work and integration with PC;
professional qualification, matrix support and inter-institutional articulation. It can be
seen that the HETFF as a learning scenario in Health Care of the Multiprofessional
Residency in Primary Care is evaluated satisfactorily by most of the graduates
participating in the research. |
