Resumo: | Since the Industrial Revolution to the present day, technological advances have
brought several transformations within organizations, with the use of intelligent
systems and automation that can facilitate and accelerate the performance of tasks
efficiently and effectively. Thus, based on the idea that technological innovations can
bring agility in the processes of progression by training of technicians at the
Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN), with the authorization of the
Pró-Reitoria de Gestão de Pessoas (PROGESP), this work is justified by
understanding the importance of studying and mapping the processes within the
UFRN, which has been increasingly highlighted nationally as a management model,
and for believing that the theme presented may serve as an incentive for managers,
public or private, to invest in intelligent systems. Thus, the main objective of this work
was to analyze, map and suggest significant changes and automations as auxiliary
tools for speeding up and securing the process of progression by qualification of
administrative technicians, as a way to eliminate or minimize the problems currently
faced in the sector, such as, for example, missed deadlines, errors in documentation,
among others addressed in this work. This is a case study at UFRN, specifically in
the following sectors: _Divisão de Provimento e Controle de Cargos (DPCC)_ and
_Divisão de Capacitação e Educação Profissional_ (DCEP), the main ones involved
on the formalities of this process, verifying the current flow of the training progression
process; and suggesting a new flow with improvement proposals. In general, it is
expected that the progression of administrative staff at UFRN may have the same
effectiveness, and reduction of process time, that the one for professors had after it
was instated in November 2020, since the system for this category has already
achieved positive results. It is believed that, with the new mapping and suggestion of
automation in part of this flow, the existing problems in the processes of progression
by training of UFRN technicians will be reduced. |
