A gestão da qualidade de vida no trabalho durante a pandemia de COVID-19 em uma instituição de saúde
description In the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, there is concern about understanding the scenario faced by employees in a health institution, especially from the management perspective. The main objective is to understand the perception of the manager about actions of quality of life at work during the pandemic in a health institution. This study seeks to answer this question through a qualitative research, conducted with the manager of the institution using a semi-structured interview. The interview was conducted in person, through a script. The interview had only one participant who was one of the managers of the institution. The data analysis was qualitative where a comparison was made with the theory through articles, books and other sources of information. Taking into account what was said by the interviewee. This study encompasses three aspects, which were defined after the composition of the script, three dimensions being the first search to characterize how the work of the manager is performed and how the institution works. The second dimension aims to understand the challenges, difficulties and the context imposed by the pandemic in the institution. Finally, the last aspect, which concerns the perception of quality of life at work by management. And from these dimensions analyze the scenario in question understanding how was the management in the pandemic period and thus understand all context and limitations of the institution and answering the central question of this study for academic purposes expecting future studies on this issue.

Em meio a pandemia de covid-19, surge a preocupação a respeito de entender o cenário enfrentado pelos funcionários em uma instituição da área da saúde, em especial no olhar da gestão. O principal objetivo busca compreender a percepção do gestor a respeito de ações de qualidade de vida no trabalho no período da pandemia em uma instituição de saúde. Este estudo busca responder essa pergunta através de uma pesquisa qualitativa, realizada com o gestor da instituição utilizando uma entrevista semiestruturada. A entrevista foi realizada pessoalmente, através de um roteiro. A entrevista teve apenas um participante que foi um dos gestores da instituição. A análise dos dados foi de forma qualitativa onde foi feito uma comparação com a teoria através de artigos, livros e outras fontes de informações. Levando em conta o que foi dito pelo entrevistado. Esse estudo engloba três aspectos, que foram definidos após a composição do roteiro, sendo três dimensões a primeira busca caracterizar como é realizado o trabalho do gestor e como funciona a instituição. A segunda dimensão visa entender os desafios, dificuldades e o contexto imposto pela pandemia na instituição. Por fim, o último aspecto, que diz respeito à percepção da qualidade de vida no trabalho pela gestão.
