| Resumo: | In the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, there is concern about understanding the scenario faced by employees in a health institution, especially from the management perspective. The main objective is to understand the perception of the manager about actions of quality of life at work during the pandemic in a health institution. This study seeks to answer this question through a qualitative research, conducted with the manager of the institution using a semi-structured interview. The interview was conducted in person, through a script. The interview had only one participant who was one of the managers of the institution. The data analysis was qualitative where a comparison was made with the theory through articles, books and other sources of information. Taking into account what was said by the interviewee. This study encompasses three aspects, which were defined after the composition of the script, three dimensions being the first search to characterize how the work of the manager is performed and how the institution works. The second dimension aims to understand the challenges, difficulties and the context imposed by the pandemic in the institution. Finally, the last aspect, which concerns the perception of quality of life at work by management. And from these dimensions analyze the scenario in question understanding how was the management in the pandemic period and thus understand all context and limitations of the institution and answering the central question of this study for academic purposes expecting future studies on this issue. |
