Resumo:This Course Conclusion Paper (TCC) aims to develop an experience to help LGBTQIAP+ women to belong safely in public spaces in the city of Natal/RN, using tools and service design principles as a methodological basis for the data collection, collaboration and creative processes. In addition, it has as secondary objectives: to seek to improve the sense of belonging of the LGBTQIAP+ community with the city; establish a parallel between reality and virtual environments, considering some experiences of the LGBTQIAP+ community; provide a community environment, to generate empathy with more specific experiences; improve the experience of those people, who need to deal with bureaucratic procedures related to complaints and legal processes; disseminate important information to be used by the target audience in an easy and accessible way; and finally, generate data on violence based on community reports. The project analyzes the public from its particularities, taking into account authors such as BUTLER (2003), ENKE (2012), CONNELL (2009), who deal with gender identity, and others such as FOUCAULT (1998), KATZ (1996 ), which address topics related to sexuality. Public spaces were also analyzed from the prerogatives of GOMES (2018) and ALEX (2008), in addition to their appropriation according to MENDONÇA (2007) and the lack of security in these environments from the point of view of SÁ and CRUZ (2013) and a parallel was drawn with the concept of Instant City by Marcelo Maia (2012). In the methodological process, affective mapping tools (COOPER, 2012) and service design, Stickdorn and Schneider (2014) were used. Besides methodological procedures found in the book “Universal Methods Of Design” (MARTIN, HANINGTON, 2012), Design for Services (MERONI, SANGIORGI, 2011), resulting in the construction of an experience through a digital service that helps the aforementioned target audience to belong more safely in public spaces in the city of Natal.
