| Resumo: | With increasing market demand, the challenges to stand out among organizations are greater every day. One way to obtain the best production process is through constant optimization in workflows, which consists of mapping, standardizing, analyzing and correcting errors. This present work will focus on the improvement of the main laundry processes in jeans in a textile industry in Natal/RN It identified costs that did not add value to the process, lack of standardization and a great waste of water. After the study was carried out on the production of jeans, it was possible to reduce more than 50% of the water used and significantly reduce revenue costs. |
