Resumo: | The pandemic generated by the coronavirus (COVID-19), an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV 2 virus, provoked several alterations in the global scenario, where countless people were infected. This disease damages the respiratory system and other body systems, like the heart, brain and kidneys. With that in mind, some preventive measures were implemented, such as the use of a mask, hand sanitizer (in the form of liquid or gel alcohol) for the disinfection of hands and surfaces and social distance. In this context, the production and distribution of 70° INPM ethyl alcohol gained notoriety for the ease and practicality that the product offers on the fight against viruses and bacteria, but the lack of knowledge and preparation of some professionals in the market to produce it, can generate a disparity on the desired final alcohol content. In this sense, the present work aims to develop a software to assist in quality control on the production of ethyl alcohol. The developed software uses a database from the National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA), in order to provide the user with a system that can inform the necessary values for a correct dilution and verification of the alcoholic percentage produced. In this way, the results obtained by the software help the professional in the quality control of alcohol and its effectiveness in the antiseptic action, according to the alcohol content recommended by ANVISA, being these from 68° to 72° INPM. |
