| Resumo: | The concern with financial well-being is becoming a recurring subject of debate in society every day, with this, the promotion of policies and actions that promote financial education become strategies of personal and professional interests in the market. Thus, the main objective of the research is to evaluate the level of financial education of bank employees at a public branch of Caixa Econômica Federal, aiming to identify the profile of employees considering the level of financial education and to identify a basic financial planning tool that allows the administration to contribute personal financial. The sample had the participation of 37 professionals from the agency, characterized as a field survey through a case study research. As for the results, it was found that respondents are considered to be financially educated (high level), the sum of points on the scale used in the study. Furthermore, it is understood that financial education is a behavioral issue, not just related to financial money management. However, it is recommended not to settle down and seek more knowledge. Therefore, the research corroborates the personal growth of those involved, encouraging the discussion on financial education. |
