We also used documentary research to observe and understand the artist's practices, and bibliographical research to build the theoretical framework. We appropriated the literature on mass culture and pop culture through authors linked to Cultural Studies. The main results indicate that the existence of processes of change in their social exchanges is evident due to the experiences and practices during their journey as fans of the artist. O presente trabalho surge com o intuito de compreender de que forma os fãs do artista Justin Bieber se relacionam com suas práticas políticas. Para isto, foi realizado um estudo exploratório com o método qualitativo junto a fãs do artista através de entrevistas semiestruturadas. Também utilizamos pesquisa documental para observar e compreender tais práticas do artista, e a pesquisa bibliográfica para construir o referencial teórico. Nos apropriamos da literatura sobre cultura de massa e cultura pop através de autores(as) vinculados(as) aos Estudos Culturais.
