Resumo:With the Covid-19 pandemic, several organizations and companies had to structure themselves and change their work systems so that they were not completely disconnected, in this way, a modality of work gained notoriety, telecommuting, being the carrying out of occupational activities doing the use of the most different information and communication technologies. Based on the context carried out, the present work aimed to carry out an analysis of the main factors associated with the ergonomics caused by telework, considering its main risks and impacts on the health of workers. The justification for carrying out this research takes into account that the current context of change to telework caused by the pandemic, directly impacts the health and life of employees, and in view of this aspect, it is essential to raise the main factors related to these conditions by analyzing the ergonomic perspectives of this activity. The methodology adopted for this research was a bibliographic review, where the most recent and qualified publications of the academic environment were raised in order to deepen and qualify the subject and theme addressed by this research. The results presented and demonstrated detail that employees who carry out occupational activities through telework, have few considerations about ergonomics and that they reported different types of pain and physical discomfort, in addition to that they did not adapt their stations and/or workspaces for such a transition and activity. occupational. Therefore, it is concluded from the information shown that ergonomics in telework is an aspect that must be considered by the employer and verified by the contracting company to guarantee the health and safety of its employees.
