| Resumo: | Women have conquered more and more space in the professional field, becoming economically active, consolidating their trajectories with effort and dedication. The quest for financial independence and professional achievement has led many women to undertake and work in spaces that were previously controlled only by men. Despite this advance, women still face many challenges and prejudices, since they are still almost exclusively associated with the responsibility for household chores and raising children. Reconciling work and motherhood at the same time can be quite challenging and tiring. Therefore, throughout this work, my life experience as a woman, mother and entrepreneur in the area of music education is presented, as well as strategies and alternatives with a theoretical basis, to undertake successfully, standing out in the job market and overcoming the challenges and obstacles to maintaining their business without the burden of guilt for not being as present in their children's lives or the fear of not being dedicated enough to their work. |
