| Resumo: | Introduction - The generic drug is part of the Brazilian public health, as it allows greater access of the population to their treatments, since its implementation to the present day, there has been a vast contribution to the improvement of health in Brazil, as it allows the accessibility of a user to their drug, reducing costs and promoting equivalent therapeutic effect. Objective - The present work aims to analyze the data of generic drug sales in a community pharmacy in the period from January to May 2022. Methods - Data were obtained through the pharmacy's cash register sales file, separated by month and by the most popular therapeutic classes and analyzed based on particularities. Results - The therapeutic classes chosen and analyzed, antibiotics, NSAIDs, analgesics, antidepressants, anxiolytics and antihypertensives, showed significant sales numbers, without significant fluctuations, maintaining an average in the months analyzed. Conclusion - It was concluded from the data analysis, the presence of stability and reliability of the establishment, as well as of the pharmacist before the frequenters, due to the number of sales presented. |
