Resumo:More and more business processes are supported by software tools and many of them are wrapped up by services that facilitate collaboration between people. Collaboration is a broad, somewhat subjective, defined by the participation and contribution of several people and suggesting them to carry out processes. Thus, collaboration can be defined as an quality attribute that can have several interpretations and be applied and coded using different strategies by collaborative tools. However, what are the software requirements for collaborative processes? To assist requirements engineers in eliciting and validating collaboration requirements, this dissertation aims to develop a catalog on aspects of collaboration (and its requirements). This catalog is a information that organizes and maps 43 items on collaboration. The construction of the catalog was based on works in the literature that approach aspects of collaboration from different viewpoints. The catalog was evalueted through a questionnaire, in usefulness and level of understanding of its items were analyzed.
