Resumo:Higher oxides ceramic as titanate and ferrites present important electric and magnetic properties. The physical and chemical syntheses have been used for the purchase of ceramic substrates for high-technology products, mainly in the construction of devices of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. These materials can be gotten in scale pilot of the order of micron to the nanometrics with good morphologic structural factors. The attainment material single-phase is directly on, to the methods of synthesis, pureness of the reagents and control of physicist-chemistry factors as pH, temperature and pressure. The present work synthesized after ceramic of titanates for the system Ba0.01Ti1.495O3 and Ca0.01Ti1.495O3 and the ferrites Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4 and NiFe2O4, that respectively are material not magnetic and magnetic. In common they to present a high dielectric constant (εr > 10). Ray-X Diffraction (DRX) and numerical analysis of Rietveld of the ones after ceramic 1100°C, show single-phase and diphasic materials of spinels, tetragonal and peroviskitas had the macrostructural structural properties and geometric symmetry. The Scanning Electronic Microscopy (MEV) presents structures in nanometrics scale, the micrometric ones (662 nm to the 1,92 m). The specters in the mid-infrared ray (FTIR), for the generating polymeric intermediary of the Nickel Ferrite (NiFe2O4) had disclosed bands of stretching of faith, as well as were noticed for the Nickel-Zinc ferrite. End applications of these materials are in form of dielectric antennas (DRA), are characterized for the titanates of material calcium and barium of high dielectric constant (20 > εr > 35) e not magnetic characteristic of the ferroelectric phase for titanates the ferrites of nickel and nickel-zinc of cubical compacting present the property to be candies (soft). The Vibrating Sample Magnetometer (MAV) was used to get this parameter. Dielectric factors correlated with characteristics the geometric one of solids had given to support to the stoichiometric planning of the titanates synthesis and ferrites the electromagnetic properties desired to the assembly of the DRA.
