description This course conclusion work deals with the contribution of Compliance as a tool to prevent labor lawsuits in micro and small companies, where the applicability of its mechanisms and tools in the scope of labor relations is analyzed, to prevent and reduction of the costs of labor convictions in this business modality. This time, it is of great importance to understand the concept of Compliance and its application in the labor area, as well as to identify what are its tools and mechanisms, in addition to verifying how they can be implemented to prevent possible convictions before the Labor Court. To contextualize the research topic, a bibliographic review will be carried out to understand and present its relevance to the reader. The study will adopt the qualitative approach of a descriptive research type with data collection from document analysis. Thus, the main sources are: the relevant legislation, books and articles by authors specialized in Compliance. It appears from this study that Labor Compliance is an essential mechanism to prevent possible convictions with the Labor Court. Furthermore, it appears that its tools can be perfectly applicable in micro and small companies, despite having reduced structures. In addition to these benefits, there is an improvement in the company's image and reputation vis-à-vis the market and its employees and outsourced workers. Finally, it should be noted that the Compliance program applied within the scope of labor relations brings several benefits to companies, even those with a reduced structure, such as micro and small companies. Providing, therefore, the reduction and prevention of labor conflicts, in addition to the creation of a safe and healthy work environment for everyone who integrates the organization.

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso trata sobre a contribuição do Compliance como ferramenta de prevenção contra ações judiciais trabalhistas nas micro e pequenas empresas, onde analisa-se a aplicabilidade de seus mecanismos e ferramentas no âmbito das relações de trabalho, com vistas a prevenção e redução dos custos das condenações trabalhistas nessa modalidade empresarial. Desta feita, é de grande importância entender o conceito de Compliance e sua aplicação na área trabalhista, assim como identificar quais são suas ferramentas e mecanismos, além de verificar como elas podem ser implantadas de maneira a prevenir eventuais condenações perante a Justiça do Trabalho. Para contextualizar o tema da pesquisa será realizado uma revisão bibliográfica com o objetivo de compreender e apresentar ao leitor a sua relevância. O estudo adotará a abordagem qualitativa de tipo de pesquisa descritiva com coleta de dados a partir de análise documental. Dessa forma, tem-se como principais fontes: a legislação pertinente, livros e artigos de autores especializados em Compliance. Depreende-se desse estudo que o Compliance trabalhista é mecanismo essencial para prevenir eventuais condenações junto a Justiça do Trabalho. Ademais, verifica-se que suas ferramentas podem ser perfeitamente aplicáveis nas micro e pequenas empresas, apesar possuírem estruturas reduzidas. Além desses benefícios, destaca-se a melhoria na imagem e reputação da empresa frente ao mercado e aos seus próprios empregados e terceirizados. Por fim, cumpre consignar que o programa de Compliance aplicado no âmbito das relações de trabalho traz diversos benefícios para as empresas, mesmo àquelas que possuem estrutura reduzida, como é o caso das micro e pequenas empresas.
