Resumo:This course conclusion work deals with the contribution of Compliance as a tool to prevent labor lawsuits in micro and small companies, where the applicability of its mechanisms and tools in the scope of labor relations is analyzed, to prevent and reduction of the costs of labor convictions in this business modality. This time, it is of great importance to understand the concept of Compliance and its application in the labor area, as well as to identify what are its tools and mechanisms, in addition to verifying how they can be implemented to prevent possible convictions before the Labor Court. To contextualize the research topic, a bibliographic review will be carried out to understand and present its relevance to the reader. The study will adopt the qualitative approach of a descriptive research type with data collection from document analysis. Thus, the main sources are: the relevant legislation, books and articles by authors specialized in Compliance. It appears from this study that Labor Compliance is an essential mechanism to prevent possible convictions with the Labor Court. Furthermore, it appears that its tools can be perfectly applicable in micro and small companies, despite having reduced structures. In addition to these benefits, there is an improvement in the company's image and reputation vis-à-vis the market and its employees and outsourced workers. Finally, it should be noted that the Compliance program applied within the scope of labor relations brings several benefits to companies, even those with a reduced structure, such as micro and small companies. Providing, therefore, the reduction and prevention of labor conflicts, in addition to the creation of a safe and healthy work environment for everyone who integrates the organization.
