For this, an exploratory study was carried out, with a qualitative approach, through a Systematic Review of Literature - RSL. Throughout the analysis, the importance of carrying out more in-depth studies on the subject was observed, as well as the need to study the impacts of M&A on organizational culture as a way of coping with the changes they caused in the internal environment. As a result of the literature review and subsequent intersection with the concept of Relational Income, it was possible to understand that the two theories complement each other, as they generate value creation for companies, increase production capacity and the exchange of knowledge. As a suggestion for future research, it is indicated that empirical studies be carried out in order to show the application of the concepts together in a practical way Este artigo teve como objetivo relacionar a aplicação de Fusão e Aquisição – F&A com a geração de Rendas Relacionais. Para isso, realizou-se um estudo de natureza exploratória, com abordagem qualitativa, através de uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura – RSL. Ao longo da análise, observou-se a importância de fazer estudos mais aprofundados acerca do tema, como também foi identificado que é necessário se estudar os impactos das F&A na cultura organizacional como forma de enfrentamento às mudanças que causaram no ambiente interno. Como resultados da revisão de literatura e posterior cruzamento com o conceito de Rendas Relacionais , foi possível entender que as duas teorias se complementam, pois geram criação de valor para as empresas, aumentam a capacidade de produção e a troca de conhecimento.
