| Resumo: | This article aimed to relate the application of Merger and Acquisition - M&A with the generation of Relational Income. For this, an exploratory study was carried out, with a qualitative approach, through a Systematic Review of Literature - RSL. Throughout the analysis, the importance of carrying out more in-depth studies on the subject was observed, as well as the need to study the impacts of M&A on organizational culture as a way of coping with the changes they caused in the internal environment. As a result of the literature review and subsequent intersection with the concept of Relational Income, it was possible to understand that the two theories complement each other, as they generate value creation for companies, increase production capacity and the exchange of knowledge. As a suggestion for future research, it is indicated that empirical studies be carried out in order to show the application of the concepts together in a practical way |
