Resumo: | In recent years, interest in sparse approximations has increased due to their large number
of applications. Finding sparse approximations can be a difficult challenge because there is
no universal method that is guaranteed to work in many situations. The Matching Pursuit
algorithm is one of the main algorithms for reconstructing or approximating sparse signals.
It acts as a driving force for the development of various other methods for sparse signal
reconstruction, and it also plays a vital role in the development of media reconstruction,
as well as shape recognition, 3D objects, among others such as health monitoring. This
work studies the problem of recovering a sparse signal, using the Orthogonal Matching
Pursuit. |
