The number of purchases and sales on E-commerce grew unexpectedly with the emergence of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Thus, the objective of the present work is to understand the main aspects related to E-commerce, as well as the potential and challenges that it presents for companies and administrators, so that both are prepared to obtain benefits for the company. To carry out this study, firstly, the type of research was defined. From this, the methodology of field research was used, where an online questionnaire was applied to workers who use marketing and e-commerce tools in their businesses. It is believed that the Administration in E-commerce should seek to meet all variations of commerce, seeking to solve the problems that arise in the digital market. With this, it will be possible to achieve the greatest possible effectiveness. In addition, it was possible to observe that working in this field is of fundamental importance for companies that aim to increase the chances of success and sales to their target audience. Therefore, it is clear that E-commerce consists of a form of business that brings numerous advantages, both for the entrepreneur and for the consumer. O E-commerce teve início no Brasil na década de 90 e possibilitou novas oportunidades para as organizações que atuam no ramo de compras e vendas. Considerando isso, a presente pesquisa aborda o tema "Administração de E-commerce". O número de compras e vendas no E-commerce cresceu inesperadamente com o surgimento da Pandemia do COVID-19. Assim, o objetivo do presente trabalho é compreender os principais aspectos relacionados ao Ecommerce, bem como os potenciais desafios que o mesmo apresenta para as empresas e para os administradores, de modo que ambos estejam preparados para obter benefícios para a empresa. Para a realização deste estudo, em primeiro lugar, definiu-se o tipo de pesquisa. A partir disso, utilizou-se a metodologia de pesquisa de campo, onde aplicou-se um questionário online para trabalhadores que utilizam ferramentas de marketing e e-commerce em seus negócios. Acredita-se que a Administração no E-commerce deve buscar atender à todas as variações de comércio, buscando sanar os problemas que surgem no mercado digital. Com isso, será possível alcançar a maior efetividade possível. Além disso, foi possível observar que atuar neste ramo é de fundamental importância para as empresas que almejam aumentar as chances de sucesso e de vendas para seu público alvo.
