Resumo:The present work studies the dialogue between memory, stage costume, dance and aerial silk, with the objective of investigating how memory and affectives memories can be used as device for the creation of a stage costume for a Contemporary Circus Dance. As a theoretical and methodological reference, we adopt studies about memory and its functions in the creation of the costume for the scene based on neuroscientific studies aiming at the construction of a costume for a scene oriented by Dramaturgy of Memory, from the method question-stimulus-theme for the selection of memories and affectations. The elements of color, shape, texture, functionality and movement are established as a basis for costume creation. This study dialogue with authors that discuss the relations between memory and dance, between art and costume as well as costume and dance. The result of the work is composed of the creative process of the costume for a scene, the logbook/memories and finally the screendance as an artistic product originated from the studies carried out.
