The research was based on Walton's Quality of Work Life assessment model. The research is characterized as a descriptive case study of a quantitative nature. The survey was carried out with 61 technical-administrative employees present in the organization. To perform the data analysis, basic statistics were used and a descriptive analysis was performed, where the mean and standard deviation were removed. The results showed that in all categories the servers are “neither satisfied nor dissatisfied”. He also pointed out that they are proud to belong to the organization and that they have a good relationship with colleagues and bosses. The survey also pointed out that factors such as availability of technological resources, healthiness and the provision of training cause dissatisfaction in these servers.
