Resumo:The objective of this work is to analyze the organizational climate of Sicoob Judiciário through its employee’s perception. To contextualize the study, it talked about the concepts of organizational climate and its importance, some models of organizational climate evaluation and it described the importance of the study to the cooperative. In order to accomplish this work goals, a field research was made with the company's employees through the application of a questionnaire with closed questions to measure the satisfaction level over the organizational climate using the variables of commitment, working conditions, communication, leadership, interpersonal relationships, compensation and recognition. In the analysis of the data obtained, it was observed that those variables presented mostly satisfactory indices, which demonstrates that the employees perceive the organization's climate in a positive way. Proposals for improvement actions were presented for the variables that had lower levels of satisfaction, so that Sicoob Judiciário can provide an excellent working environment for its employees.
