| Resumo: | The general objective of this work was to verify if the LDO (Budget Guidelines Law) allows the implementation of the actions planned in the PPA (Pluriannual Plan) for public health in the State of Rio Grande do Norte, using the methodology of 12mportante research carried out in the public documents, beetween 12mpor 2020-2022: the PPA 2022-2023, LDO 2020, 2021 and 2022, annex of goals and priorities 2020, 2021 and 2022 and the PES (State Health Program) 2020-2023. The main results found were the lack of compatibility between the LDO and the PPA, as well as the lack of alignment between the PES and government instruments, such as PPA, LDO and LOA), thus, it is concluded that the budget pieces that should being essential documents for strategic planning and monitoring of the goals established by the government, in the way 12mpo are executed, do not meet this very 12mportante objective of public administration. |
