| Resumo: | Considering that Construction 4.0 is a poignant trend in the construction market around the
world, research is carried out on how Brazil has responded to this new scenario, in order to
understand the adhesion of these new technologies in the Brazilian construction sector.
Therefore, it is necessary to improve knowledge about the relationship between Civil
Construction and Industry 4.0, diagnose the main enabling technologies that the Civil
Construction Industry appropriates and analyze the adherence of Industry 4.0 technologies in
Brazil. A bibliographic research is carried out, based on books, articles, texts and explanatory
websites from government agencies, emphasizing the issue of the insertion of Civil
Construction in Industry 4.0. In view of this, it appears that Industry 4.0 will play a major role
in the coming decades, as well as the construction market has struggled to fit into this new
scenario, thus, there is a great window of opportunity for Brazil to match the great powers of
the sector. |
