| Resumo: | OPTIMUS is an agile management methodology that is focused on the specifics of public STI. It aims to speed up projects within the RD&I areas, effectively contributing to the start and end of projects. The methodology emerged as a solution to situations that disadvantage the innovative environment and that make it difficult to harmonize innovative research projects with the traditional procedures of public STI. Seeking to fill the lack of an innovation management tool capable of optimizing the process of RD&I projects for public STI, the idea of developing a WEB system that uses the OPTIMUS methodology was proposed. The platform was developed using the Python programming language through the Django WEB framework. The system's visual elements were implemented with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Bootstrap 4. In addition, during the platform planning and implementation process, knowledge and methods from the Software Development process were used. Finally, the system was able to fulfill all the specific objectives proposed in this project, including managing the steps, of the established scope, that a project proposal goes through within the public STI using the OPTIMUS methodology. |
