Due to the fragile characteristic of little power within organizations and the lack of an employment relationship, they end up becoming easy targets for aggressors. Based on this, this course conclusion work aimed to analyze the experiences of moral harassment in interns from public and private institutions and to verify the consequences that this violence had on their lives, both academically and personally. In practice, a quantitative study was carried out, through an online questionnaire with interns students who were victims of moral harassment within the organizational environment during the experience. The results present the that are mental and physical health problems, interference in relationships and decreased academic performance. It was concluded that moral harassment can be quite harmful to the organization but specially harmful in the lives of students who are interns. Improvements are still needed with regard to legislation regarding criminalization and punishment for those who commit moral harassment. Ao ingressar no mercado de trabalho, os estagiários buscam colocar em prática os conhecimentos adquiridos na universidade para conseguir experiência profissional na área de atuação. Todavia, as organizações possuem problemas internos, e os estagiários tornam-se parte deles ao sofrerem situações de assédio moral. Pela característica frágil de pouco poder dentro das organizações e o não-vínculo empregatício, acabam tornando-se alvos fáceis para os agressores. Com base nisso, este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar as experiências de assédio moral em estagiários de instituições públicas e privadas e verificar as consequências que essa violência acarretou em suas vidas, tanto acadêmica como pessoal. Na prática, foi realizado um estudo quantitativo, através de um questionário online com alunos estagiários que foram vítimas de assédio moral dentro do ambiente organizacional durante a experiência. Os resultados apresentam as consequências ocasionadas que são vários problemas de saúde mentais e físicos, interferência nos relacionamentos (amorosos, familiares, amizade, etc.) e diminuição do rendimento acadêmico. Concluiu-se que o assédio moral pode ser bastante danoso para as organizações, mas especialmente danoso na vida dos estudantes que estagiam.
