| Resumo: | When entering in the job market, interns seek to put into practice the knowledge acquired at the university in order to gain professional experience in their field. However, institutions have internal problems and interns become part of them when they suffer situations of moral harassment. Due to the fragile characteristic of little power within organizations and the lack of an employment relationship, they end up becoming easy targets for aggressors. Based on this, this course conclusion work aimed to analyze the experiences of moral harassment in interns from public and private institutions and to verify the consequences that this violence had on their lives, both academically and personally. In practice, a quantitative study was carried out, through an online questionnaire with interns students who were victims of moral harassment within the organizational environment during the experience. The results present the that are mental and physical health problems, interference in relationships and decreased academic performance. It was concluded that moral harassment can be quite harmful to the organization but specially harmful in the lives of students who are interns. Improvements are still needed with regard to legislation regarding criminalization and punishment for those who commit moral harassment. |
