The Parquet started to follow the principle of resoluteness, which means that its actions are now oriented towards the achievement of social results. It is a new identity of the institution, which currently sees itself as a resolute Public Ministry. In this context, it is important to study if it's feasible for the entity to incorporate into its activities the solving of serious structural problems, as these, despite being highly complex, have a high potential for social transformation when remedied. As such, the present work seeks, through bibliographic research techniques and deductive-qualitative analysis of a concrete case, to investigate the thesis that the resolute Public Ministry must give priority to the solving of structural problems related to collective rights, in addition to responding whether it is possible for the Parquet to carry out such prioritization and, also, how it should be done. Research has shown that the Brazilian Public Ministry is able to sort its activities in order to prioritize the most relevant ones, as long as reasonedly, and that the solving of structural problems deserves a prominent role in the institution's operations. O Ministério Público brasileiro vem passando por mudanças importantes após a proclamação da Constituição federal de 1988. O Parquet passou a seguir o princípio da resolutividade, o que significa que a sua atuação agora prioriza a conquista de resultados sociais. Trata-se de uma nova identidade da instituição, a qual atualmente se enxerga como um Ministério Público resolutivo. Nesse contexto, é importante estudar a viabilidade de a entidade incorporar às suas atividades o solucionamento dos graves problemas estruturais, pois estes, apesar de serem altamente complexos, possuem alto potencial de transformação social quando sanados. Diante disso, o presente trabalho busca, através de técnicas de pesquisa bibliográfica e da análise dedutivo-qualitativa de um caso concreto, investigar a tese de que o Ministério Público resolutivo deve dar prioridade ao solucionamento de problemas estruturais relativos a direitos coletivos, além de responder se é possível que o Parquet realize tal priorização e, ainda, como deve fazê-lo.
