And its power as a tool for self-knowledge and well-being, as well as dance, is a practice directly linked to quality of life. We will also see about Youtube, the social network aimed at sharing videos, where the studied company started its activities. About the company studied in this research, we will know its history, the creators, how the videos are produced, its partnerships with celebrities and gyms, its commerce, and its social networks. We will understand the factors that have made this company successful, taking advantage of opportunities outside of social media to grow its business. No trabalho em questão vamos analisar a empresa Fitdance, que é considerada a maior empresa de dança do Brasil e que começou seu negócio pelas redes sociais. Usaram a internet como uma ferramenta poderosa para ampliar os negócios em diversos aspectos. Para conhecermos sobre essa empresa, vamos entender sobre a dança, que é a atividade principal da empresa. E seu poder como ferramenta de autoconhecimento e bem-estar, também como a dança é uma prática diretamente ligada à qualidade de vida. Veremos igualmente sobre o Youtube, a rede social destinada ao compartilhamento de vídeos, onde a empresa estudada começou as suas atividades. Sobre a empresa analisada nessa pesquisa conheceremos sua história, os criadores, como os vídeos são produzidos, sobre suas parcerias com famosos e academias, seu comércio e suas redes sociais.
