| Resumo: | The tattoo lost its marginalized aspect and became into the artistic area, consolidating its social and anthropological role. However, there are only few commercial products specialized on the freshly-tattooed skin treatment. The scarcity of specialized products and the expensive price makes difficult the access to them, resulting in a fail of treatment required by the skin at that moment. The aim of this work was to develop and compare two formulations, a gel cream Carbopol® based and a cream using Hydra Fresh® as basis, with the same components combination – Aloe vera and chamomile glycolic extracts, vitamins A/E liposomes, sunflower seed oil, preservatives and antioxidants –, which would act in all aspects of care for the freshly-tattooed skin, resulting in easier access and lower cost to the growing public from this branch. Preliminar stability tests were performed throughout 15 days, including organoleptic aspects, viscosity, pH, density and electric conductivity, in which no significant changes was shown on the formulations in both bases. A marketing analysis form the currently available products focused on the freshly-tattooed skin was also performed, elaborating a comparative between their prices and the manipulated formulations, which had shown economically advantageous to the developed products.Thus, the developed products are promised for the proposed use. |
