Resumo:Accidents related to work, occupational and/or occupational diseases are manifested from the causal link with the activities performed by workers and the working conditions to which they are constantly subjected. In this way, this work seeks to make a spatial and temporal analysis of Occupational Health problems in the 4th Health Region. This is a cross-sectional descriptive study of data analysis from the Notifiable Diseases Information System of the State Department of Public Health in the period from 2007 to 2019. As a result, we have that the Serious Work Accident proved to be the disease with The highest number of notifications in the historical series and the Occupational Accident with Exposure to Biological Material was the second most recorded, but an analysis and the epidemiological profile of all diseases were carried out. developed by the Regional Reference Center for Occupational Health - CEREST and the Regional Center for Occupational Health - NURSAT of the IV Regional Public Health Unit, aimed at promoting actions, preventing risks and protecting workers' health, as well as the implementation and/or implementation of projects and/or actions that include the Worker's Health Surveillance of the 4th Health Region of Rio Grande do Norte.
