Resumo:Public and private institutions have been seeking the best way to minimize environmental problems. This work aims to diagnose how the communication of the Environmental Policy of the laboratory of Food Analysis and Biochemistry of the Faculty of Health Sciences of Trairi (FACISA) and its applicability based on ISO 14001 and 14063. And as specific objectives: to analyze how the laboratory's Environmental Policy is disseminated; to identify the role of environmental communication in the dissemination of the laboratory's Environmental Policy; to suggest measures to improve the communication of the laboratory's Environmental Policy. As a final product, it is intended to deliver a booklet with guidelines for improving the communication of the Environmental Policy. The present research is a case study, of a descriptive and qualitative nature, and will use the inductive method. The research was conducted with 1 server, a laboratory technician, and questionnaires were sent to a total of 78 (seventy-eight) students of the Nutrition course who used the laboratory in the first and second semester of 2021, period in which the practical activities of Facisa took place. However, answers were obtained from 20 (twenty) users. The chosen instrument was the questionnaire, which was structured by mostly closed questions and was applied online, being sent to the e-mail address of the respondents. For evaluation and validation, a pre-test was applied to identify possible flaws and avoid doubts to the respondents when answering the collection instrument.
