Resumo:This work presents a case study developed in a towers production unit located in some city of the state of Rio Grande do Norte and it has the main goal to diagnostic the pathological manifestations and executive failures on the procedure of concrete towers production, also to propose solutions to the problems identified, to quantifiy the deterioration grade of the structure using the GDE/UnB method proposed by Castro (1994) and reviewed by Fonseca (2007) and stablish the deadlines to the structures interventions, besides that it was done a study based on all pendencies the structures fabricated presented on the period of May 2021 to march 2022. The methodology was developed through the following cases: concreting failure, fissures and parts breaking, the results for the first structure was a deterioration grade equals to 32, to the second one a deterioration grade equals to 4,8 and to the third one the deterioration grade calculated was 24. Despite that, the GDE/UnB method showed some limitations when it comes to the application in manufactured concrete structures. Beyond that, it was possible to verify the most needed repair cases, and the results was: trouble in inserts (18,06%) concreting failure (15,06%) and low concrete covering steel (12,96%). In the end, it was made the description of the recovery procedure of the parts presented.
